In the far cold northlands
Where the voes run deep
Lives a blacksmith strong and proud in hammer and heat
His forge was his sanctuary
His steel was his art
But a danger lurked in darkness tearing his world apart

There was a time
When evil spirits roamed the land and tried to take whats mine
But with honour
I would give my life
To defend my daughter I'd give the ultimate sacrifice

A creature of the darkest nights
Its skin as thick as steel
A horselike demon who craves blood of younglings for its meals
Dwells within the deepest lochs lurking out of sight
But when hunger strikes it seeks its prey in the night
